What is the return process?
If you wish to return an item, please first email hello@humanhoodco.com to initiate a return and receive instructions. Make sure to include your order number in the subject and/or body of the email. Please send an email within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once return instructions are provided to the customer, items must be received in 14 days. *Please note, return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Keep receipt of the tracking number of your returned shipment in the event of a lost return shipment. Once your returned shipment is received, a full refund will be processed immediately. Please note, refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect on the customer's payment method.
Please note, items that are marked as Limited Stock can only be returned for a refund if there are critical errors. All items that wish to be returned must be returned unworn and undamaged. Returned items will be inspected for damage.
Returned items that have wear and tear may only receive a partial refund or gift credit.
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time, exchanges are not accepted.
Can I return an item marked as 'final sale'?
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. If an item is final sale, it will be included in the product description. Due to hygiene concerns, accessories such as hats, socks, etc., cannot be returned.
I sent an email. When will I receive a reply?
While every email is appreciated, emails unrelated to orders may not receive a reply. Order-related emails are prioritized and will be responded to in the order in which they are received. Order-related emails are usually responded within 3 business days.
Will my order ship in one package?
Orders with more than one item may ship in more than one package at no additional cost to you.

If you receive the wrong item(s) or you did not receive your purchase(s), please email hello@humanhoodco.com. Order inquiries are responded to in the order in which they are received. Please allow 15 days for your order to arrive before sending an order inquiry.
